Please do not send any products to Coiaca without contacting first for further assistance.
Coiaca offers a limited warranty covering defects in manufacturing for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If any defect covered by this warranty arises during this period, Coiaca will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product or component free of charge(*). This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase within the specified timeframe.
Exclusions
Coiaca’s warranty does not cover damages caused by products or elements not sold or licensed by Coiaca. This includes, but is not limited to, adapters, software, and power supplies. Additionally, the warranty does not apply if the product is used for commercial purposes (including rental), damaged by unauthorized modifications or tampering, negligence, accidents, unreasonable use, or other causes unrelated to manufacturing defects. It also does not cover products with altered, defaced, or removed serial numbers, or products intentionally modified using firmwares not provided by Coiaca, malicious code, malware, viruses, bots, worms, trojans, backdoors, exploits, cheats, hacks, or hidden diagnostics that may harm the product or our systems.
Coiaca shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred to other products or elements that may result from the use of Coiaca products. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper compatibility and usage of Coiaca products with other devices or components.
Registered devices are considered to have functioned correctly.
Service After Warranty

Limitation of Liability
Coiaca’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or component as stated above. Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of the warranty period described herein. Coiaca shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the breach of any implied or express warranties.
Coiaca reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the most current version of the warranty policy on our website.
(*) In some cases, customers may need to ship the complete product, FREIGHT PREPAID AND INSURED FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE, to Coiaca. Please refrain from sending any products to Coiaca without prior contact.
