Shipping and tracking


The products will be shipped within a period of 48 business hours, excluding holidays according to the official calendar of the Community of Madrid, Spain, from the following day the customer place the order.
However, it is important to note that in some cases, dispatch may experience delays. These delays may be due to factors such as stock availability or periods of high demand in exceptional situations, such as holiday seasons. We will inform customers of possible delays at the time of purchase.

The indicated deadlines will be respected as long as it is not specified otherwise during the purchase process or there are unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control. If for any reason we cannot meet the shipping deadline, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new date or canceling the order with a full refund of the price paid.

Orders will be shipped to the shippng address provided by the customer.

At Coiaca, we offer shipping to customers worldwide to ensure that our products reach every corner of the globe. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be temporary exceptions in certain areas that prevent shipments.

Unfortunately, some areas may experience temporary restrictions due to logistical situations or global events (such as climate or war situations, for instance). In such a situation, we will cancel the order, refund the total amount paid, and inform you.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the order to be delivered and will be included in the final price paid by the customer. Although not common, it is possible that we may group products from different orders into one shipment.

The delivery of our products is subject to the distance and delivery times of the carriers. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location and other logistical factors.

For the purposes of these conditions, ‘delivery’ or completion of the order will be considered to have taken place at the moment the carrier officially reports its successful conclusion, or when the customer has confirmed the reception somehow.

The customer is responsible for all import procedures necessary to receive the products in their destination country. These procedures may vary depending on the customs regulations of each country and may include documentation submission, payment of import taxes, tariffs, or other charges related to the importation of goods.

It is important to note that importation costs or tariffs are not included in the price paid for the products. These additional costs may be levied by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
