The website and all of its content are the property of Coiaca or its licensors. The information is protected by intellectual property and market laws. This means that trademarks, trade names, product names, images, graphics, design, and information about products, services, and other content cannot be copied or used without the written approval of Coiaca.
To place orders on the website, you must be 18 years of age or older. Coiaca, in accordance with Spanish law, does not accept credit card payments from persons under 18 years of age. Coiaca reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if it is reasonably considered fraudulent (for example, if false personal information has been provided and/or there is a record of debt default), and will proceed to report such attempts to the police.
By using this website and placing orders through it, the user agrees to provide their contact information truthfully and accurately in order to facilitate billing and shipping of orders.

Disclaimers
Coiaca is not liable for errors in images, product descriptions, or technical specifications, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changes in supplier prices or currency fluctuations), or inaccurate information regarding whether an item is in stock. Coiaca has the right to correct such errors and to change or update information at any time. If an incorrect price has been entered for an item you have ordered, we will notify you and await your approval of the corrected price before proceeding with the order. All images on the website should be viewed exclusively as illustrations. It cannot be guaranteed that such illustrations reproduce the products you receive, or the exact appearance, features, or origin of the product.
While we strive to use only high-quality photographs to represent our products as accurately and realistically as possible in terms of color reproduction, we cannot guarantee that the products you receive will look exactly like those you see on your computer screen due to the fact that different device screens reproduce colors with significant variations and levels of detail.
Force Majeure
In the event of war, acts of war, civil war, revolution, rebellion, government action, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, or similar event, technical problems, failures in electrical/telecommunications/data communications or other communications, as well as defects or delays in services of subcontractors due to the circumstances set forth in this document, Coiaca may invoke cases of force majeure. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption from liability and other sanctions. If this occurs, we will attempt to inform you.
Product Prices, Fees And Payments
Payment is made at the time of purchase. We use PayPal to process all payments. We do not store any debit/credit card information. Payment card information is sent directly to PayPal through a secure (SSL) connection.
Your shopping cart will be displayed in Euros (EUR). The customer cannot choose the currency and will be responsible for any currency adjustment, conversion, and/or fee charged by their financial institution or payment processor when making a payment.
Prices on our website include VAT for all EU customers (and customers in Norway and the UK). For customers outside the EU, prices do not include VAT.
None of the occasional promotional codes can be combined with each other or with the quantity discount. Coiaca does not apply discounts retroactively. If the customer does not apply a promotional code, they can contact customer service within 2 days after the order has been shipped and expect a store credit for future use equivalent to the amount of the discount.
Promotional codes cannot be applied to an order paid with a gift card.
Delivery

Unforeseen cases of nature beyond our control, force majeure, or issues with the transport company may cause a delay, for which Coiaca is not responsible. While our goal is to complete the vast majority of orders within the established deadlines, the dates provided are only an estimate for your reference and cannot be guaranteed.
Some of Coiaca’s products are made to order. This means we start production once you have placed your order, creating a zero overproduction process. Our products vary in complexity, so they may have different production times. Shipping time varies depending on the shipping provider and destination.
Order Cancellation
The buyer has the right to cancel an order. You can find the Returns And Cancellations Policy on this page, and if you wish to cancel an order, you can do so by completing this form.
Ownership
All products remain the property of Coiaca until full payment has been received.
Changes To Terms And Conditions
Coiaca reserves the right to modify these Terms, as well as return and cancellation policies, at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the website. Changes take effect from the moment you accept the Terms (along with any new purchase or visit to the website), or 30 days after we have informed you of the changes. Coiaca recommends that you regularly check the website to stay informed of any changes to the Terms.
Applicable Law And Jurisdiction
Spanish law applies to these Terms and your use of this website. To the extent permitted by law, Spanish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website, except in cases where Coiaca voluntarily chooses to take legal action against a customer/user where they are resident.
Nullity
If the competent court, authority, or arbitration tribunal determines that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the provision in question and all other provisions will be valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law. Null or unenforceable provisions will be replaced by relevant legal guidance and advice.
